1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Agency agrees to provide the following digital marketing services to the Client:

F. Website Design & Management

2. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY POLICY
A. Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business strategies,
customer data, passwords, and any other sensitive data shared.
B. Use of Data
The Agency may use the Client’s business information strictly for campaign and marketing
purposes only.
C. Data Protection
The Agency agrees to take all reasonable precautions to protect client data, including the
use of secured platforms, restricted access, and non-disclosure agreements with employees.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide access to relevant platforms, tools, and brand
materials.
Timely approvals of creative/content.
Clear communication and point of contact from their side.
Responsibility for compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements.
4. Ownership Rights
Final designs, websites, and marketing assets are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Raj Digital Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless
otherwise agreed.
5.Privacy & Data Handling
We collect necessary client data to perform our services efficiently.
All collected data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third
parties. We use client data only for service-related activities.
6.Modifications
Raj Digital Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any
time. Clients will be notified via email in case of significant changes.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Project Fee/Monthly Retainer: ₹ (INR)
Payment Mode: Bank Transfer / UPI / Cheque
Invoice Frequency: Monthly / Project Milestone
Due Date: Within 7 days of invoice generation
Late payments may incur a 20% late fee after 10 day
8.DURATION AND TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice.
In case of termination, all pending dues must be cleared by the Client, and the Agency will
deliver all unpaid deliverables created up to that point.
